How long are images available?
Images are available for online viewing for approximately three years. After three years, the image is removed from online storage and can only be retrieved by contacting our Corporate Customer Care Department at 804-353-1900, Ext. 2500.

How do I save images from the web page?
  1. Locate the image you want to save and place your cursor over it.
  2. Click your right mouse button. The following pop-up menu will appear:

  3. Internet Explorer users choose "Save Picture As," Netscape users choose "Save Image As." This will open a second pop-up that will require you to choose a folder and a file name for your image. You may want to create a folder on your local hard drive to store all of your BOL and POD images.

  4. Select a file name. Otherwise, a default file name will be used. We recommend naming your file something you will remember for future use.
  5. Click Save

What information is needed in order to view images online?
If you are signed up for My Estes, the tracking features show the freight charges if you meet one of three criteria:

  • The account number you have signed up for My Estes with is the payor of the freight charges.
  • The account number you have signed up for My Estes with is the national account of the payor of the freight charges.
  • The account number you have signed up for My Estes with is the group account of the payor of the freight charges.

How can I retrieve Bills of Lading or Delivery Receipts?
Bills of Lading and delivery receipts can be viewed when you are logged into My Estes. Bills of Lading will only be available after they are scanned.
