Estes Final Mile® is our nationwide solution for meeting today’s high expectations for residential and non-dock commercial deliveries. This service takes our longstanding industry expertise and applies it to one of the most crucial links of the supply chain — the final mile — and all while improving the recipient’s overall delivery experience.

Curbside Delivery

Our standard Estes Final Mile service level, curbside delivery, delivers the shipment to the curb of the recipient’s location or the closest dry spot where there are no steps. The location’s accessibility determines the shipment’s actual placement. Watch the following video for a brief overview of our curbside delivery service:

  • It’s important we have a phone number (preferably mobile phone) and/or email address so we can schedule delivery.
  • To track residential deliveries, go to EstesFinalMile.com. The shipment’s status appears after the tracking number and ZIP code are entered. Contact information can be updated if necessary.
  • If there’s not already an appointment for the order, we’ll call to arrange a delivery date with a 4-hour window.
  • Residential deliveries are typically standard transit time + 2 days, to allow for appointment scheduling.
  • The product’s place of purchase may require us to obtain an adult’s signature at the time of delivery.
  • If the item can be safely hand-carried by one person, it may be brought to the ground-level doorstep or porch.
  • Doorstep or porch delivery, bringing the merchandise up or down stairs or steps — or into the backyard, deck, garage, barn, office, or other structure — is not part of this service level.
  • Larger or heavier items will be delivered curbside in its original shipper’s packaging, which may include pallets.
  • Removal of packaging materials or pallets from the home is not included.

If you think your delivery may have special requirements, please let us know beforehand so we can work together to avoid any surprises on delivery day.

Premium Service Levels

The following premium Estes Final Mile service levels are available in most cases:

  • Threshold — Product placement under the first covered area or directly inside the door of the ground-floor entrance or garage.
  • Room of Choice — Product placement in any room or outdoor space on ground level or up/down one flight of stairs (interior or exterior: 15 steps).
  • White Glove (with or without assembly) — Product placement in a room of choice/outdoor space and up to one flight of stairs (interior or exterior: 15 steps). Unpacking, limited setup (no tools required) and carton/packaging removal are also included. When purchased, light assembly is defined as an item that takes about 15 minutes to assemble using basic tools such as a screwdriver or wrench.

  • A convenient, unattended delivery option, which lets us deliver the shipment without the customer having to be there.
    NOTE: Unattended delivery is only available if the product’s place of purchase does not require us to obtain a customer signature.
