You will receive an information packet with a supply of Gold Medal stickers for each service level.
For Gold Medal Standard service, attach the appropriate sticker to your shipment's Bill of Lading and arrange for the shipment to be picked up by 5 p.m. To arrange for service in the Gold Medal Customized area, call the Gold Medal Dept. at 800-645-3952.
For our Plus or Express service, call 800-645-3952 or your local terminal to choose your delivery time and date. You will receive a Gold Medal number for your shipment. Then, simply write the number on the sticker and place it on the Bill of Lading.
For our Customized Service, call 800-645-3952 to obtain guaranteed delivery service to areas outside of our primary Gold Medal service territory.
Note: If a Gold Medal shipment is collect or third party, please list the person that authorized the shipment on the Bill of Lading.
