Our Gold Medal Standard service is a quick and easy method of guaranteed delivery. Shippers with a Gold Medal Select Account simply place a sticker on the Bill of Lading and arrange for the shipment to be picked up by 5 p.m. The shipment then arrives by the end of normal business hours on our published transit time date.
For shipments in the Gold Medal Customized service territory, please call a Gold Medal service representative at 800-645-3952 regarding specific guaranteed points served.
Our Gold Medal Plus program offers you the assurance of a guarantee and the flexibility to choose a 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. delivery on our published transit time date. All you have to do is call 800-645-3952 or your local terminal, and let us know your preference. We will then give you a confirmation number to write on the Gold Medal sticker that you attach to the Bill of Lading. It's that easy.
Sometimes you need to select delivery times other than those offered by our Gold Medal Standard and Gold Medal Plus programs. That's why we offer Gold Medal Express.
With this program, you have the ability to ship by ground or air, and the flexibility to tailor our services based on the unique expedited needs of your shipment. All you have to do is call 800-645-3952 or your local terminal, and a dedicated service representative will work with you to make sure your freight arrives at its destination on time. With Gold Medal Express, you get the options you need and the peace of mind you deserve.
Gold Medal Customized offers customers the opportunity to obtain guaranteed delivery to areas outside our primary Gold Medal Service area. All you have to do is call 800-645-3952 and a Gold Medal service representative will assist you.
