Qualifications

City Dispatcher (Operations)

• Must be experienced and knowledgeable in the LTL industry.
• Must have computer experience with Windows, Office, Lotus, and able to learn AS400.
• Must be able to be present at work as schedule requires.
• Strong leadership skills required to motivate employees to accomplish their assigned duties.
• Must be able to work with subordinates, peers and supervisors to accomplish established goals.
• Must be able to adapt to operational changes or customer demands.
• Must be mentally and emotionally stable.
• Must be able to perform corrective action, as necessary.
• Must be able to remain alert during entire shift and must be able to work at a minimum full-time.
• Overtime and weekend work, as required, to accomplish essential job functions.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• If a rehire, must be eligible for rehire.
