Job Summary
International Sales Specialist
- Responsible for generating new international business, acquiring new profitable international business relationships and generating leads from internal and external sources
- Responsible for assisting and securing international business opportunities
- Responsible for generating new business by penetrating and leveraging existing accounts
- Acts as client advocate during solution and pricing development; works with operations and pricing groups to develop, review and ensure pricing proposals.
- Works with Sales Team and Operations to design and develop customer solutions
- Promote the education of international trade and forwarding knowledge to all Estes Enterprise sales and operational staff on an individual and group basis.
- Monitors account to identify and address client’s changing needs; oversees relationship and works with operations, accounting and sales support to resolve client issues and concerns.
- Possible travel to support foreign sales efforts
- Performs other duties assigned.
