Supervisor - Operations
- Schedule, manage and supervise assigned staff of Team Leaders, Coordinators and/or Specialists to ensure all business functions are constantly covered and service to the customer is maintained
- Monitor and manage shipments within areas of responsibility to ensure most current information is available and complete including status updates, cost – both original and all additional costs incurred during transit
- Evaluate and conduct performance reviews of team members’ accomplishments and deficiencies.
- Manage document flow of agents, surface carriers and TSA documents to include BOLs and Delivery receipts
- Utilize performance measurements systems to improve productivity.
- Address all issues in a timely manner that could impact the business in accordance to Federal laws, including workplace harassment, discrimination, and immoral and improper conduct
- Other duties assigned
