Job Summary

Shop Foreman

• Management & maintenance of all shop operations & facility
• Enforce company policies
• Ensure all PM schedules are made on assigned & certain assigned equipment
• Preventative Maintenance
• All Employee relations to include but not limited to hiring, employee counseling & training
• Promote good relations with employees
• Ability to work all shifts
• Able to work all areas relative to the needs of the shop
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
