Qualifications

Terminal Manager

• A minimum of five years personnel management (preferably in LTL trucking industry)
• Proven leadership experience
• Strong team building talents
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Strong work ethic
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be mentally and emotionally capable of handling a high stress environment
• High School diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred although not required)
