• 5 years experience of personnel management in the trucking industry.
• Some college helpful.
• A minimum of five years management experience in the LTL industry required.
• Must be able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Must possess exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Must have strong team building talents.
• Ability to create and implement training programs and monitor them
• Must have good computer skills.
• Must be organized and a good communicator.
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to work all shifts.
