Estes Air Forwarding LLC

• Researches all possible express routings via airlines, line haul, pickup/delivery, scheduling and geographic servicing
• Analyzes routes for efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Negotiates pricing with customer and service providers
• Sets up services per contract with customer
• Communicates specific needs to service providers and follow-up for on-time service
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• One to three years experience in transportation, logistics, or a related business activity
• Demonstrated skills in effective problem solving, quantitative analysis, and written and oral communication
• Demonstrated ability to ensure complete customer satisfaction and to create repeat business opportunities
• Basic knowledge and understanding of PC applications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of continental United States geography
• Associate’s pie degree in Business or Transportation/ Logistics or the equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with multi-modal transportation operations or customer service preferred
• Introductory training in Dangerous Goods, DOT,TSA, FAA and other transportation governmental regulations preferred
• Must be able to be on call 24/7 and work evenings and weekends as required; several shifts available including evenings, overnights and weekends
