Estes Air Forwarding LLC

• Perform clerical processes relating to Estes Air shipments
• Process routine customer information in support of transportation, billing and/ or collections efforts
• Track and trace active shipments and update status in the computer with complete notes
• Create quotes from requests generated via website or email
• Communicate shipment issues to Coordinator and/ or Supervisor
• Perform miscellaneous job functions to assist with operations and sales efforts
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Prior clerical experience including fast and accurate data entry ability and experience with PC’s and the Internet
• Good phone/ customer service and written and oral communication skills
• Good math aptitude
• Good attention to detail and follow-up skills
• Must be a self-starter and able to work in fast-paced environment with little direction
• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2-4 year college degree preferred
• Experience in a transportation/ logistics and/or freight forwarding environment preferred
• Microsoft Office preferred
