Department: Traffic/Rating

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to customers and field locations calling for rate quotes
• Process requests for Rate Quotes by identifying the account number, classifying the commodity, inputting the origin and destination codes, class and weight of product into the computer and relaying the computer-generated rate to the caller
• Will train enthusiastic individual with transportation/ traffic experience and qualifications listed below
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Customer Service, Rate Quote, Collections or Billing Corrections experience in the trucking industry
• Proficiency with A/S400 system
• Good Math, keying and communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college preferred
• Freight billing and rating experience in the trucking industry preferred
