Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Estes Integrated Systems

Job Summary

• Provide primary customer service contact and critical support to an assigned group of National Accounts
• Monitor customer’s delivery requirements to ensure compliance
• Proactively trace and track shipments for customer base
• Prepare and provide non-conformance reports and other customer specific reports
• Interact with terminals, operations, sales, information systems, OS&D, and pricing to resolve customer’s concerns
• Arrange customer pick-ups with terminals
• Update customer websites with shipment details
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of transportation industry preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience with CRT or PC
• Experience with Word, Excel preferred and experience with AS/400 helpful
• Ability to prioritize workload required
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide assistance when necessary
• Demonstrate initiative and a high tolerance for stress
• Must be self-directed with a high level of attention to detail
• Must be available to support after hours on-call rotation in support of business needs
