Job Summary- Produce accurate financial statements
- Analyze details in key general ledger accounts
- Reconciles Balance Sheet Accounts
- Produce Revenue Reports
- Handle Depreciation Schedules and Book Depreciations
- Analyze financial statement and break down for budget to determine gains and losses
- Regular attendance is required
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Possess a complete understanding of Accounting Principles
- Must possess a minimum of 3 yrs accounting experience; 5 yrs or more preferred
- Previous management experience required
- Trucking / Transportation experience preferred
- Must possess experience in G/L’s, Financial Statements, A/P & A/R Reconciliation and Cost Accounting
- Strong computer skills to include Quick Books, MS Excel & MS Word
- AS/400 and Lawson helpful
- Must be capable of lifting a minimum of 25 lbs
- High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Responds well to questions. Ability to read and interpret written information and documents such as safety rules, operations and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to a criminal history background check
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- If a rehire, must be eligible for rehire
