Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Real Estate/Administration

• Ensure that daily mailroom responsibilities are handled
• Distribute and collect mail throughout corporate office
• Deliver packages and freight received in mailroom
• Open, close and prepare mail bins for shipping
• Drive to Post Office and other locations to pickup and deliver mail
• Learn and cross-train on the Pitney Bowes 8 Series and tabletop postage machines
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Familiarity with mailroom procedures
• Ability to read and sort mail and see that it is distributed properly
• Ability to handle heavy packages and pallets of freight
• Must be dependable and able to get along well with others
• High school diploma or equivalent
