Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Operations

• Plan service and scheduling of line haul moves and terminal operations within an assigned region
• Communicate constantly with Terminal and District Managers as well as terminal personnel within assigned region
• Analyze daily load plan and monitor Line Haul service
• Evaluate costs associated with Line Haul service
• Identify problems and create solutions
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• High School diploma plus some advanced training in logistics and transportation/trucking plus five years experience in the LTL trucking industry
  or
• Bachelor’ s or Associate’s degree in Business, Logistics or related field
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be self-directed and able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint
• AS400 experience preferred
