Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Accounts Receivable

• Assume responsibility for collections of past due freight bills for assigned accounts via phone, Excel spreadsheets, US mail and email
• Interact with other departments within the company to resolve invoice differences
• Research billing errors and submit them for corrections
• Provide excellent customer service
• Record detailed account information as it is obtained
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Minimum of one year clerical experience, including Accounts Receivable and data entry
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service skills and experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Minimum keying speed of 6000 kph (equivalent to typing 45 wpm)
• Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced team environment
• Excellent research and problem solving skills
• High School diploma or equivalent
• AS/400 and/or trucking experience helpful but not required
