Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Fleet Services

• Assist drivers that are broken down, have had an accident, received a DOT violation, etc.
• Locate vendor or Estes shop to handle road calls as quickly as possible
• Complete accident evaluation forms and obtain estimates
• Process invoices, issue purchase orders, file records and handle miscellaneous paperwork
• Will involve 3-6 months of on-the job training
• Position is 4 days on, 4 days off – 6:00 AM to 6:00PM, then 4 nights on, 4 nights off – 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Knowledge and five years experience with heavy trucks and trailers, preferably in the LTL trucking industry
• Strong written and oral communication skills in order to provide clear and concise customer service to both internal and external customers
• Knowledge of Dept. of Transportation and Safety regulations
• Good geographic knowledge of the continental United States
• Good decision making ability based on thorough knowledge of the LTL trucking industry
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Access
• AS/400 experience is preferred
