Location: Corporate Office - Richmond, VA

Department: Operations Technology

• Participate in technology project planning activities including creating functional specifications and defining detailed project tasks
• Create test plans
• Act as a liaison between Corporate Operations and other departments
• Coordinate and schedule support roll-outs to the field
• Provide support to department management
• Work with our partners to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed filing and note keeping
• Some travel required
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

• Versatility to work independently or as part of a team
• Must be self-directed and possess strong organizational skills in order to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to maintain high quality standards as a mode of normal operation
• Possess effective follow-up and strong problem resolution skills
• Manage time efficiently and effectively; prioritize jobs and tasks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and AS/400
• Previous trucking experience a plus
