Reliable, on-time delivery and distribution are vital components of a healthy supply chain. We customize our full range of services to fit your specific needs using both asset and non-asset solutions.
- Consolidation and Distribution
Consolidation and deconsolidation can be easily arranged for domestic or international freight. We can combine multiple LTL shipments from the ports into one container headed for a common marketplace. Or, we can break down the container and distribute the freight as requested.
- Cross Docking
We can unload freight from an inbound trailer (or railcar or container) and immediately load it on the corresponding outbound vehicles, to eliminate the need for warehousing or storage.
- Pool Distribution
Pool distribution is a logistics model for making a supply chain more efficient. Multiple LTL shipments are combined into one trailer and routed to a central distribution facility or Estes terminal, usually for regional delivery. The results include reduced handling, lower costs and often shorter transit times. We can also arrange a single invoice for multiple shipments sent to a common marketplace.
- Product Rollouts and Supply Chain Projects
Our dedicated rollouts team of seasoned professionals focuses exclusively on rollouts and supply chain projects. With a higher level of expertise, the team plans, coordinates and manages your rollout or supply chain project to ensure success. Throughout the process, they carefully maintain an emphasis on continual communication and contingency planning to overcome any potential obstacles along the way. Our asset-based operations give us much greater control and flexibility. However, if we do reach maximum capacity, we have the ability to work with a large stable of carefully vetted partners to stay on schedule. Read More on our dedicated rollout team.
- Reverse Logistics—major projects or one-time transactional (returned goods, consolidation)
Reverse logistics provide return merchandise service to the shipper. Items can be retrieved from anywhere in the country, consolidated and then returned to a centralized receiving location. Services include tracking/tracing capabilities and customer-specific metrics to maximize efficiency and contain costs. Note that return shipments must be packaged properly for shipping.
