We provide shipment status updates via email or text and deliver to your driveway, garage, or nearest covered area.

If gravel driveways, steps, steep inclines, or other uneven surfaces are present, your shipment will be placed at the end of the driveway or in another accessible location.

For any issues that arise regarding your Estes Final Mile freight shipment, such as missing parts or concealed damage, please contact your place of purchase. Estes Final Mile is a licensed transportation broker and not a motor carrier. As a transportation broker, Estes Final Mile hires motor carriers on our customers' behalf to pick up and deliver their shipments.
