RICHMOND, VA—Estes Express Lines has won the American Group’s 2018 Partner Carrier of the Year Award. Founded in 2006, American Group is a privately held, third party logistics (3PL) provider based in Arizona.
The recognition was presented at American Group’s Chandler, AZ, headquarters on February 14. It’s based on a variety of performance metrics and other criteria including on-time service, claims ratio, invoicing accuracy, customer service, and ease of doing business.
