COVID-19 Delivery Policy
To ensure safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, Estes is currently providing no-contact, signature-free home delivery, and has suspended premium white glove services.
Service Levels
Estes Final Mile® freight delivery meets today’s high expectations for shipping to residential and non-dock commercial destinations. We offer a variety of Final Mile solutions – available nationwide – to meet our customers’ unique delivery needs:
Standard
Front Door Delivery
Front Door Service — our standard service level — delivers the Final Mile freight shipment from the truck to the driveway, garage, or porch (covered area). This service includes text message alerts, online shipment tracking, and when available, an unattended delivery option.
Unattended Delivery
No time for an appointment? Sign up for unattended delivery and we’ll deliver your Final Mile freight shipment without you having to be there. If you are eligible for Unattended Delivery, you will see the option on the right side of the screen once you enter your tracking number and ZIP code. If you do not see the option, your signature is most likely required, and we will contact you for an appointment.
Premium
Entryway Delivery
Placement of the Final Mile freight shipment through a front door into a foyer or similar area.
White Glove Delivery
Placement of the shipment in a room or area of choice, up to one flight of stairs, plus debris removal if requested.
White Glove with Assembly
This includes light assembly of the shipment, defined as assembly requiring 15 minutes or less using basic hand tools.

Through a front door into a foyer or similar area.
White Glove Delivery
Placement in room/area of choice, up to one flight of stairs, plus debris removal when requested.
White Glove with Assembly
Light assembly defined as 15 minutes or less using basic hand tools.
Delivery Considerations
- Street access must be at least 10 feet wide.
- There should be a clear and unobstructed path to the delivery location.
- If your service level requires placement indoors, please note that stairways, doorways, and halls (anywhere you must make a turn) should be at least 36 inches wide.
- Unattended delivery is only available if your shipment’s place of purchase does not require us to obtain your signature.
If you have concerns regarding accessibility to your residence, or if you would like to inquire about the availability of other service levels, please call us at 1-888-858-2684, and we will work with you to help ensure a successful delivery. NOTE: The service level that displays when tracking your shipment is the one most often communicated to us by the vendor you used to purchase your product.
Terms and Conditions
For any issues that arise regarding your Final Mile freight shipment, such as missing parts or concealed damage, please contact your place of purchase.
Estes Final Mile is a licensed transportation broker and not a motor carrier. As a transportation broker, Estes Final Mile hires motor carriers on our customers' behalf to pick up and deliver their shipments. Due to being a licensed transportation broker, Estes Final Mile is not responsible for any actual or consequential damages, whether related to freight pick up or delivery delays or negligence of carriers.
