Richmond, VA – For the second time, Estes ranked first in the Richmond Times-Dispatch’s Top Workplaces - Mega Category, while also earning recognition in the annual rankings for the seventh year in a row.
In this year’s survey, Estes’ workplace experience score reached an all-time high of 85%, up from 83% last year and up nine points since 2022.

The Richmond Times-Dispatch partnered with employee research and consulting firm Energage to determine this year’s award winners. Rankings were based on the results of a comprehensive employee feedback survey measuring key drivers of engagement, including organizational values, culture, and leadership.
