Richmond, VA— Estes Logistics, a division of Estes, has acquired Key Trucking, a regional transportation provider serving Western Washington and the greater Pacific Northwest. The strategic acquisition strengthens Estes’ footprint in the region while connecting more customers to the carrier’s comprehensive freight shipping solutions and vast North American network.
"Our priority was finding a partner that could provide good service and expanded opportunities to our customers while being a great home for our long-term employees. Estes is both," said Mike Castagno, owner of Key Trucking.
All Key Trucking employees will transition to Estes, ensuring continuity for customers and preserving the strong local relationships built throughout the region. Both companies share a family-owned foundation and commitment to their employees and the people they serve every day.
“Key Trucking has built an operational legacy rooted in service and care, and we’re honored to continue that tradition,” said Estes Logistics Corporate VP Bobby Speight. “We’re excited to extend the capacity, resources, and reliability of Estes to even more customers.”
