For four years running, shippers have ranked Estes as the best value provider of all its national competitors, according to Mastio’s annual LTL Carrier Customer Value and Loyalty Study.
In the research company’s 2025 study, over 1,600 logistics professionals evaluated the top LTL carriers across 28 customer needs, and Estes’ results were as follows:
- Recognized as the #1 Best Value Provider among all national carriers
- Ranked #1 in 5 of the top customer needs, including website usefulness
- Improved in 24 of 28 customer needs
- Increased its Net Promoter Score (NPS) by 8 points
Estes’ performance in Mastio’s study has steadily improved over the past five years, demonstrating the carrier’s commitment to earning customer trust through dependable performance and proactive service.
